Clarity Circle company overview

Connection now. Better context for care in the future.

Clarity Circle is building a consumer Companion as the commercial entry point to a longer-term, patent-pending technology platform for respectful longitudinal insight.

This overview provides general company information. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and no investment transaction occurs on this website.

The company-building sequence

  1. NowLaunch Claire CompanionLearn from families and establish a consumer revenue engine.
  2. NextBuild longitudinal contextDevelop the consent, provenance, and data foundation.
  3. FuturePursue a regulated platformValidate neuromonitoring and clinician workflows separately.

The human and economic context

A large need, grounded in lived family experience.

The thesis

A near-term product with a deliberately staged platform roadmap.

Clarity Circle begins where customer value and product learning can start now: a consumer relationship with families. The regulated opportunity is a separate horizon with separate evidence, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements.

What perspective is most relevant to you? (optional)

Choose a lens to move related context earlier. Every fact, dependency, and risk remains available.

Current Companion

A customer and learning wedge

Claire is a non-diagnostic consumer Companion being prepared for family beta. Her purpose is conversation, family-contributed memories, reminders, and consent-led connection.

Product boundary

The current Companion does not diagnose, score, monitor, or treat cognitive impairment and is not an emergency service.

Patent pending

A consent and provenance architecture

The filed invention addresses elements of a proposed longitudinal neuromonitoring architecture, including how observations may be permissioned, attributed, and evaluated over time.

What patent pending means

An application has been filed. No patent has been granted, no claim scope is assured, and prosecution outcomes remain uncertain.

Future regulated development goal

A future clinical information layer

The long-term direction is to develop and validate technology that may help surface meaningful longitudinal change and support clinician evaluation workflows.

Regulatory boundary

Medical use, FDA authorization, clinical performance, and reimbursement are future milestones. Classification, evidence requirements, coverage, and timing are not yet assured.

Mission

Help more seniors remain safely at home

The company is organized around independence, earlier attention to meaningful change, and technology that strengthens the circle of family and professional care.

Impact boundary

Mission does not substitute for evidence. Adoption, outcomes, access, and caregiver benefit must be measured rather than assumed.

Milestone logic

Each horizon has a different proof burden.

01

Family beta

Validate usability, engagement, consent experience, and the problems families will pay to solve.

02

Companion launch

Establish customer acquisition, retention, and a recurring consumer business.

03

Evidence foundation

Advance data governance, regulatory consultation, and clinical validation planning.

04

Regulated development

Develop, test, and pursue the authorization and reimbursement routes supported by evidence.

Material dependencies

A compelling opportunity still has real execution risk.

Our approach is to make dependencies visible and turn them into staged decisions, without implying that future outcomes are assured.

Consumer adoption

Families may not adopt, retain, or pay for the Companion at the levels needed to support the business.

Clinical and regulatory evidence

Future medical claims require appropriate validation and authorization. Required studies, classification, cost, and timing may change.

Intellectual property

Patent prosecution is uncertain, competitors may pursue alternatives, and any eventual claim scope may be narrower than planned.

Privacy and data governance

Trust depends on consent, security, provenance, appropriate data use, and evolving legal requirements.

Capital and execution

The company will require sufficient financing, talent, operating discipline, and partner coordination to reach its milestones.
